Job description

  • USNH Employees should apply within Workday through the Jobs Hub app Keene State College is seeking clinical adjuncts to serve in the Nursing department Fall 26-27.
  • The positions include supervising students in a clinical setting and conducting a post-clinical debrief following Keene State and Cheshire Medical Center policies.
  • The responsibilities include but are not limited to creating student assignments, supervising safe medication administration, evaluating student performance and providing constructive feedback for improvement, reviewing and responding to weekly reflection assignments, clinical evaluations at midterm and final of clinical experience.
  • This is an in person position.
  • Requirements Minimum Acceptable Education & Experience: BS in Nursing with 5 years of experience Required Licenses & Certifications: Unencumbered RN license in New Hampshire Current Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Demonstrate comprehensive expertise and knowledge of nursing care, collaborate with fulltime nursing instructor ad program director, knowledge in nursing education in the clinical setting-thoughtful reflection on teaching effectiveness and student evaluation and willingness to create a proactive plan to address any issues with student performance, effective communication skills, encouragement of responsible, independent, analytic, or creative thought by students.
