Who This Role Is Great For Individuals exploring a career in early childhood education Educators looking to grow, learn, and advance in a high‑quality program Teachers seeking a stable, values‑driven organization Those who enjoy teamwork, creativity, and working with young children 🎓 Qualifications Aide: At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED A love for working with children and willingness to learn Infant/Toddler Caregiver: At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED 1–2 years of experience working with children ages 2 and under in a licensed childcare or preschool setting Preschool Teacher: At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED PATCH-qualified (or eligible), including: CDA (Child Development Associate), OR Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field 6–12 months of experience working in a licensed childcare or preschool setting Pay & Growth Opportunities Preschool Aide: $17–$18.50 per hour Infant/Toddler Caregiver: $19–$21 per hour Preschool Teacher: $22–$25 per hour Grow with Us: Not quite qualified for a Teacher / Caregiver role? Start as an Aide and we’ll support your growth. We cover the cost of your CDA (Child Development Associate) and provide the training and experience needed to advance your career.
