- R21138 - Plymouth Location: Plymouth MN Schedule: Part Time: 20-30 hours per week (flex) Start: July 22nd, 2026 Children: 1 child age 7 months Salary: $23-$25/Hour depending on experience We are seeking a reliable, caring, and engaging part-time nanny to care for our 7-month-old son. If you love early childhood development, thrive in a dynamic environment, and are looking for a meaningful, long-term role, we would love to connect! Schedule & Commitment Hours: Averages 20 hours per week (ranging from 20 to 30 hours depending on the week).
Days
- Typically spread over 1–3 weekdays, with standard hours around 7:30
- AM to 5:30 PM. No overnights are required (though a rare, optional overnight request could happen).
Flexibility
- Because one parent works shift work in healthcare, our schedule fluctuates week to week. To support your planning, you will receive your schedule at least 3–4 weeks in advance.

- Dynamic: One parent works from home most days (typically 4 out of 5 days).
Commitment
- We are looking for a nanny who can make a minimum 1-year commitment to our family. Key Responsibilities Provide attentive, loving, and safe care for our infant. Maintain and follow established feeding, nap, and play routines. Engage in age-appropriate, screen-free developmental activities. Handle light housekeeping related strictly to the child (washing bottles, tidying toys, etc.).
