You are passionate about learning and helping students reach their potential. Responsibilities

Create and follow a comprehensive curriculum Teach beginning reading and math skills Assist children with developing social and emotional skills Use a range of instructional methods and learning techniques Communicate with parents and other school personnel Assess students’ skills and performance to ensure they are meeting developmental milestones

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree Associate Degree in Education Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management Excellent verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines Problem-solving and mediation skills Additional Benefits and Fun working at IE STEM: Team Building Events (Phillies & 76ers games, dinners, karaoke, etc) Field Trips in the summer Founder teaches work shops for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania & a licensed behavior specialist.
