The Learning Experience – Newark is seeking a nurturing and dependable Infant Teacher with TECE I or TECE II credentials to join our early childhood education team. This role is ideal for an educator who is passionate about supporting infants through responsive care, consistent routines, and developmentally appropriate learning experiences.

Our infant classrooms focus on creating a safe, warm, and structured environment that supports early social, emotional, and physical development.

Key Responsibilities: Provide attentive, responsive care to infants in a safe and nurturing classroom

Implement daily activities aligned with The Learning Experience curriculum and infant development standards

Support feeding, diapering, rest time, and individualized routines

Observe and document developmental milestones and daily activities

Maintain a clean, organized classroom that meets health and safety standards

Build strong, trusting relationships with families through daily communication

Maintain compliance with Delaware Office of Child Care Licensing requirements and center policies

Qualifications: TECE I or TECE II credential required

Prior infant classroom or childcare experience preferred

Strong understanding of infant development and responsive caregiving

Reliable, professional, and team-oriented

Ability to meet all Delaware childcare licensing and background requirements
