About the role

The Behavior Coach mentors students to develop self-regulation and decision-making skills while providing behavioral support. They also collaborate with staff to maintain a safe environment and document student progress and incidents.

As a Behavior Coach at River Rock Academy, you will guide and mentor students by promoting positive decision-making, self-regulation, and social growth.

You’ll provide structure and behavioral support while maintaining safety and collaboration across the school community.
