Board Certified Behavior Analyst—BCBA Side by Side Behavioral Health LLC Position Type: Full-Time, Salaried Work Setting: Clinic-Based Caseload: Approximately 15–18 active clients Position Overview Side by Side Behavioral Health LLC is seeking a collaborative and clinically focused Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our growing ABA team.
This is a primarily clinic-based position serving children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental needs.
Our BCBAs generally maintain a caseload of approximately 15 to 18 active clients.
Caseload assignments are based on client complexity, authorized supervision hours, treatment intensity, staffing needs, and the experience of the assigned RBTs.
Because we are a BCBA-owned organization, we understand the demands of clinical practice and prioritize collaboration, ethical decision-making, treatment quality, and meaningful client outcomes.
What Makes This Position Different Our clinical BCBAs are able to focus primarily on clinical care.
We have a separate Intake Department responsible for preparing full assessment and reassessment reports, managing insurance authorization submissions, following up with payers, and handling related insurance processes.
Clinical BCBAs conduct the necessary observations, assessments, and data collection and provide the clinical information needed by the Intake Department, but they are not ordinarily responsible for independently writing the complete insurance report or managing insurance authorizations.
This position does not require routine travel to clients’ homes or schools.
Services and supervision are provided at the assigned clinic, with occasional participation in community activities or client field trips when clinically appropriate.
Primary Responsibilities Provide clinical oversight for approximately 15–18 active clients.
Supervise, train, and support RBTs.
Observe treatment implementation and monitor treatment integrity.

Ensure services comply with BACB ethical requirements, payer standards, and company policies.
Maintain accurate and current clinical information within the company’s electronic data-collection system.
Collaborative Clinical Environment Our analysts regularly support one another, discuss cases, review clinical challenges, and collaborate on treatment recommendations.
The BCBA will have opportunities to consult with other analysts and leadership rather than managing difficult cases in isolation.
Many of the families and therapists we serve communicate primarily or more comfortably in Spanish.
Spanish proficiency is not required for this position.
English is used for clinical documentation, formal employment communications, and professional requirements.
