Your Day as an Individual Support Worker As a Part Time Individual Support Worker at Owen Health Care, you will play a pivotal role in assisting behavioral therapists to create effective behavioral therapy programs tailored to children and adolescents.

Your responsibilities will include implementing individualized service plans, providing behavioral interventions in home and community settings, and actively managing youth with behavioral challenges.

Ensuring a safe and supportive environment is essential, as you will develop and initiate safety standards while instructing youth on positive behavioral practices.

Additionally, you will monitor and document observations of youth behavior, allowing for necessary modifications to daily activities that align with therapeutic goals.

Your creativity will shine as you develop and implement engaging recreational activities that support the emotional and social growth of the youth you care for, ensuring they have a clean and secure environment to thrive in.
