Responsibilities

Implement engaging summer camp activities that promote physical, social, and emotional development. Supervise and ensure the safety of children during all camp activities. Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages participation and creativity. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and experiences. Collaborate with fellow teachers to create a cohesive and dynamic camp experience. Conduct daily assessments of children's needs and adapt activities accordingly. Maintain a clean and organized classroom and outdoor space. Assist with administrative tasks related to camp operations as needed.

Requirements

Previous experience working with children in an educational or camp setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and parents. Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate practices. CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain. Positive attitude and a passion for fostering children's growth and learning. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
