Work Status: M-F, 8-4,Full Year, Full Time

OACAC Head Start is seeking motivated team members for the position ofHome Visitor. The Home Visitor provides comprehensive child development, health and nutrition and family services to children infancy to school age within the family’s home. Promoting secure parent-child interactions and school readiness experiences in the home provide a foundation for parents to weave learning moments into the family’s daily routines. In addition to weekly homes visits, the Home Visitor brings families together twice a month for socializations.

Salary Range

$20.14 - $23.87

Requirements

Minimum of Early Childhood AA/AAS degree. Copy of transcript required with application. Experience working with young children and families.

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood or related field and 1-year experience in a Head Start program as a parent, volunteer or employee.
