What you'll do

Carry a clinic-based caseload with a 25-hour billable expectation Develop and oversee individualized, trauma-informed ABA programs Supervise and mentor RBTs Collaborate with families and a Senior BCBA with 9+ years of clinical experience Contribute to clinical decision-making — your voice drives outcomes here, not just "advises" them What you get
