Responsibilities

Conduct behavioral assessments and skill evaluations Develop individualized treatment plans and BIPs Supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior staff Analyze data and adjust programming as needed Provide parent training and caregiver support Collaborate with schools, providers, and interdisciplinary teams Ensure ethical, high-quality ABA services

Requirements
