Provide direct nursing care to students, including administering medications and managing the school health office. Coordinate with parents and school staff while maintaining health records in compliance with NYC DOE and NYS DOH guidelines.
Requires a current NYS Registered Nurse license and at least 2 years of experience in pediatrics, public health, or school-based roles. CPR/BLS certification and familiarity with electronic patient databases are mandatory.

Current NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license. At least 2 years of nursing experience in pediatrics, public health, or school-based roles. CPR/BLS certification (required). Familiarity with patient electronic database systems and documentation standards. Strong organizational, communication, and clinical decision-making skills. Physical Requirements: Hand dexterity ability (ability to operate mobile device, smart phone, computer). Ability to lift up to 30 pounds. Ability to sit for extended periods of time. Ability to travel to various locations on a near daily basis. Ability to stand for extended periods of time. *Rates are determined based on a combination of factors such as experience level, assignment location, service setting, and applicable program guidelines.
