What is needed for this job: Minimum 16 years of age Excellent knowledge of instructing in soccer Ability to perform activities which require sustained concentration and attention Wednesday and Saturday availability The responsibilities we will trust you with: Run on-site instruction for youth sports programming including stretch & warmup, activities, & games for respective sport Teach age-appropriate skills following YMCA curriculum for respective sport Provide a safe & clean environment that allows members and participants to learn YMCA programs Lead classes with positivity & enthusiasm Provide excellent service to members and participants What you can expect: Support from an amazing team which includes training you on expectations Opportunities to learn and grow Being a part of a non-profit organization that works to make the community stronger Great members to work with every day!
