Job description
- You became a BCBA to change lives—let’s make that change where it matters most.
- WHY THRIVE THERAPIES BCBAs are rare, in-demand, and often burnt out — managing overwhelming caseloads, clinic schedules that don't fit school calendars, or isolated in districts where your clinical expertise is undervalued.
- Thrive recognizes that exceptional behavior analysis in schools is transformational.
- We partner with forward-thinking districts that prioritize behavior-change outcomes, invest in RBT teams, and give BCBAs clinical autonomy and reasonable supervision ratios.
- You won't manage 100 students; you'll work with curated caseloads where your functional behavior assessments and behavior plans actually drive change.
- You'll supervise well-trained RBTs who collect reliable data — and have time for classroom consultation, staff training, and behavior systems development.
