The Red Barn is looking for a warm, dependable, and engaging Pre-K Teacher who is ready to truly invest in a classroom, a team, and a group of children for the entire school year.

Responsibilities: Include:

Leading a Pre-K classroom using developmentally appropriate practices

Creating engaging lesson plans and classroom activities

Maintaining a safe, organized, and nurturing environment

Communicating professionally with families and team members

Supporting children’s emotional development and kindergarten readiness

Following DHS licensing standards and center policies

Qualifications: Experience working with preschool-aged children

Strong classroom leadership and communication skills

Dependability and professionalism

CDA, ECE coursework, or related experience preferred

Ability to work Monday–Friday consistently
