• Oh how we love our little babies here at Little Explorers!
• We are looking for a kind-hearted, warm soul that absolutely adores babies to help close up our infant room daily.
• This person must have a genuine desire and love to give hugs, snuggles, have conversations with cooing and/or babbling babies, being silly to make the little ones smile and laugh and so much more happiness that comes along with caring for the innocent souls of infants.
• You also have to have a strong stomach for the less glamorous parts of being an infant caregiver - wiping the runny noses, cleaning spit up, changing diapers, etc.
• It is also a major bonus if you're comfortable talking about different bodily functions!

• Some of the other responsibilities of being an infant caregiver in our facility include: MUST LOVE KIDS!!!!
• Multi-Tasking is a must!
• The ability to recognize infant cues and meet the babies' emotional and physical needs.
• Able to maintain each child's individual schedule for feedings, naps and diaper changes.
• Change diapers every two hours or sooner if needed.
• Recognize infant developmental milestones and work toward progress in each area.
• Ability to update our app (Brightwheel) to keep parents informed on their child throughout the day.
• Maintain a safe and clean facility.
