Behavior Technician Part time

Are you a positive, patient individual passionate about making a meaningful impact? SEBC is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our growing team.At SEBC, we provide high-quality, individualized ABA services that change lives one client at a time. We offer part-time positions (minimum 3 afternoons/week, ~9 hours weekly), typically scheduled between 3:00–8:00 PM, with flexibility based on client needs. Competitive pay ranges from $22.00–$35.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA-based services in home, school, and community settings
• Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• Collect accurate clinical data
• Support parent training and collaborate with treatment teams
• Maintain professional documentation and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver’s license
• reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Authorized to work in the United States
