Job description

We offer part-time and full-time positions with flexible schedules, and a competitive pay range starting at $22.00-$35.00 per hour! No Experience? No Problem! We welcome all new behavior technicians and provide comprehensive training in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), a scientific approach to understanding behavior. You'll receive on-the-job training and opportunities for career growth, such as achieving your Registered Behavior Technician certification and becoming a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide 1:1 care in group, home, school, and community settings using intensive teaching and natural environment training techniques.
- Collect data on programs, assist with parent training, and support the BCBA with clinical assessments.
- Follow and record prescribed behavioral skills and reduction protocols.
- Collaborate with a treatment team, including clients, parents/caregivers, outside professionals, and co-workers while maintaining client confidentiality.
