Salary
$17 - $18 / HOUR
Implement educational, recreational, and life skill programs for youth aged 13-21 while ensuring their safety. Collaborate with staff and community partners to achieve program goals and manage conflicts effectively.
A high school diploma or GED is required, with an associate's degree in human services or psychology preferred. Candidates should ideally have 2 years of experience working with youth and must possess a valid driver's license.

BOOST is a fun, high‑energy recreational and academic, social program at the Southern Tier Community Center (STCC). The program gives youth access to the gymnasium, fitness equipment, college visits, community resources, and a variety of engaging activities.
