Job Description
Assist the head coach with the organization and implementation of a successful athletics program. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to support the development of a strong program that is focused on the growth of students, with a commitment to academics, strong fundamental skills, and sportsmanship. The successful candidate will be expected to collaborate with coaches, administrators, teachers, sponsors, students, parents, and members of the community to ensure that the school stands together in pride. All applicants and district transfers need to apply online. Previous coaching experience is strongly desired. ESSENTIAL ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS: Work is generally performed in a typical school sporting environment with standard facilities, equipment, and a moderate to loud noise level. Frequent exposure to outdoor weather conditions. ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS ● Regular travel within and across school district boundaries for sporting events ● Occasional lifting of up to twenty-five (25) pounds ● Frequent sitting, bending, squatting, reaching, standing and running ● Physical ability to coordinate and perform athletic practice drills ● Vision, auditory, and mental acuity within normal ranges #LI-DNP Position Specific Information (if Applicable): Responsibilities: Support the growth and development of a successful Flag Football program and exemplary team of student athletes.
