You'll work under close BCBA supervision with documented supervision ratios, regular treatment planning meetings, and structured data-collection protocols. If you're planning to pursue BCaBA or BCBA credentials, Thrive provides study materials, exam fee reimbursement, and flexible scheduling to support your advancement.
