Hope Homes – Timber House provides a therapeutic environment that focuses on providing individualized care and support to our residents, between 14 – 21 years old. Our team of professionals play a vital role in helping our adolescents navigate their unique challenges and empower them to reach their full potential. Has strong communication and interpersonal skills and will be able to build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.
Knowledge and understanding of the unique needs and challenges faced by these individuals.
Will be able to assist with daily living activities and implement behavior management strategies.
Can remain calm and composed in challenging situations, demonstrate patience and understanding.
