The Registrar acts as a central communication resource for academic and policy information related to student records management and is responsible for the maintenance and integrity of physical and electronic academic records.

Duties
to include but not limited to: Maintains student academic records; administers storage, security, accuracy, and preservation of academic files in accordance with company policy, accreditation standards and privacy laws. Interpret academic rules and regulations; monitor academic progress, coordinate student status (such as suspension, academic awards, etc.) Provides the data to the Director of Education with Reports. Manage grade and transcript processing; coordinates academic information for student graduation clearance.
