• Counselor, you will: Create a safe, fun, and supportive environment for campers to learn, grow, and thrive. Assist campers in all aspects of personal care, including dressing, bathing, grooming, eating, and toileting. Gain specialized training and experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum. Lead and participate in activities that foster learning, independence, and fun. Work closely with fellow staff members to ensure an enriching and positive camp experience. Be part of a passionate, dedicated team making a lasting impact. We provide Comprehensive Training (May 19 – May 29, 2026). Those unable to attend training, still encouraged to apply! Applicant must be 18+ years of age and have a high school degree. Be available to work overnight

• Must also be: Physically able and willing to maintain constant supervision of campers and to fulfill all responsibilities fully. Flexible and able to work well with others, maintain open and effective communication. Accepting and respectful of those who think, behave, and interact differently.
