We are currently seeking a passionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our School-Based Wraparound with Intensive Services (SB-WISe) program—a dynamic, school-based model designed to provide personalized support to youth and families. SB-WISe is committed to helping Medicaid-eligible individuals enrolled in PK-12 public schools, along with their families, manage complex emotional and mental health needs within their homes and communities.
What You’ll Do
- As a SB-WISe Therapist, you will play a crucial role in delivering direct clinical care, working closely with youth and their families to reduce the impact of mental health symptoms, enhance resilience, and guide them on their journey toward recovery in a Spokane area school. Your work will help ensure the safety of youth, promote their engagement in school, and support their overall mental wellness.
- This includes: Crafting individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs. Conducting skill-building sessions, family therapy, group therapy, and crisis intervention. Collaborating with school staff and community resources to provide a comprehensive support network. Contributing to ongoing program evaluation, staff training, and quality improvement efforts. You’re a Great Fit If You Have
A Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field. Licensure through the Washington State Department of Health as an LMHC, LMHCA, LICSW, LICSWA, LMFT, or LMFTA. A valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a criminal background check. Practical experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and a deep understanding of diverse service delivery models. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and experiences. A collaborative spirit and a passion for making a difference in the lives of youth with serious mental health diagnoses.
