- The Essentials Compensation & Incentives Competitive Salary: Compensation range of $86,500 - $98,500, based on experience and clinical expertise.
- Performance Bonuses: Monthly bonus opportunities, paid quarterly — because strong clinical outcomes should be rewarded.
- Paid Time Off: 20 days of PTO plus 7 paid holidays, so you can recharge and maintain balance.
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $5,000 for eligible candidates.
- Retention Bonus: Pay $40,000 over 5 years Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000 for qualified candidates relocating to join our team.
