Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote cognitive and social development. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity. Assess and monitor each child's progress through regular evaluations and observations. Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children's learning and development. Supervise classroom activities and ensure the safety and well-being of all students. Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills. Work closely with fellow educators to promote a cohesive and effective teaching team.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or Associates degree in Early Childhood Education or related field required. Minimum of 1 year experience in a preschool or early childhood setting. PA teaching certification or equivalent credential preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families. Passion for early childhood education and child development. Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
