Therapeutic Focus is a family-oriented outpatient pediatric therapy clinic seeking a highly motivated, passionate, coachable, tech savvy and creative Speech Language Pathologist to join our growing team. Our mission is to alleviate cognitive and developmental deficiencies in children by providing safe, ethical and individualized treatment services that will prepare them to thrive within society. We provide outpatient and school-based therapy to children throughout Arkansas, Tennessee, and Louisiana.

We are currently looking for a PRN, in-person Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team and provide pediatric services at our newly expanded clinic in Conway, Arkansas. This role is expected to grow as the clinic continues to expand and serve the community.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school Computer literate and proficient in clinical documentation Basic Internet navigation skills Valid state and national license (where applicable)-Speech Language Pathologist (Arkansas)

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Ability to understand and prepare moderately complex written materials, such as patient records. Ability to communicate verbally with Associates, physicians and other outside professionals. Ability to work without close supervision and to exercise independent judgment. Ability to organize multiple tasks and projects and maintain control of work flow.

  • Key Job Responsibilities Performs initial patient assessment.
  • Implements patient treatments based on assessment and written plan.
  • Provides ongoing patient assessment through observation of patient and review of records.
  • Identifies patient specific therapy rehabilitation learning needs and provides appropriate education.
  • Demonstrates initiative in identifying opportunities for self-development and enhancement of professional competency.

Schedule: Tuesday to Thursday (PRN)
