Responsibilities

• Create a nurturing and engaging classroom environment
• Support children’s academic, social, and emotional growth
• Implement hands-on learning activities and curriculum
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers
• Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding children’s progress

Qualifications

• Passion for early childhood education
• Minimum 6 months of childcare or teaching experience required
• High School Diploma or GED required
• ECE coursework or degree preferred
• Must meet Virginia state licensing requirements
