Implement and coordinate social-emotional supports for children and families, including crisis intervention and case management. Provide essential behavioral health services across Dauphin, Cumberland, and Perry counties.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field along with significant experience in behavioral health for at-risk families and children. Must possess a valid driver's license and pass all required pre-employment background clearances.
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field Significant experience/knowledge in behavioral health supports for pregnant mothers, children ages 0-5, working with at risk families, emergency assistance, crisis intervention, family advocacy and trauma informed practices Intermediate computer skills, ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel Outlook and learn web-based systems Valid driver’s license and access to properly insured vehicle, or public transportation Successful completion of pre-employment process, including Criminal History, MVR, Child Abuse and FBI clearances Passion, enthusiasm, creativity, and commitment to make a difference Experience in Head Start or Early Head Start is preferred Keystone Human Services prohibits discrimination against qualified individuals based on their status as protected veterans or individuals with disabilities and prohibits discrimination against all individuals based on any category protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
