Lead and coordinate employment services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through person-centered job development and employer partnerships. Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and advocacy to ensure successful job placement and long-term retention.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and one year of full-time experience supporting adults in human services. Candidates must have a valid driver's license, a private vehicle, and the ability to obtain ACRE certification within six months.
