The Swim Instructor is responsible for teaching various age groups and skill levels while maintaining a safe and positive aquatic environment. Key duties include planning lessons, evaluating student progress, and enforcing facility safety regulations.

Per pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $15.00/unit to $20.00/unit in addition to admin rates as required by local law. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications, duration of class, and work experience as well as other business needs.
