What You’ll Do
Create a safe, engaging, and developmentally rich classroom where children learn through play, exploration, and connection.
Curriculum & Instruction
Implement age-appropriate lessons using the Wonder of Learning curriculum
Lead hands-on activities that spark curiosity
Observe and assess development using COR Advantage
Classroom Leadership: Foster a nurturing, inclusive classroom community
Guide daily routines and transitions
Encourage positive behavior with empathy and support
Family Partnerships: Maintain friendly, open communication with families
Provide updates and participate in parent conferences
Encourage family involvement in school activities
Health & Safety
Maintain a clean, organized classroom
Follow all health and safety guidelines
Supervise indoor and outdoor play attentively
Professional Growth: Participate in training and professional development
Stay current with early childhood best practices
Collaborate with a supportive teaching team
What You Bring: High school diploma required; Associate, Bachelor’s in ECE, or CDA preferred
1–2 years of experience in a licensed childcare or preschool setting
Completion of state-required pre-service training
Abuse Prevention and CPR certification
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. for child safety
