The Teacher is the instructional leader of their classroom, responsible for ensuring strong student achievement, effective teaching practices, and a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment. Reporting to the principal or campus administrator, the Teacher is responsible for delivering high-quality, standards-aligned instruction, supporting diverse student needs, maintaining classroom culture, and engaging families as partners in learning.
The Teacher implements the curriculum with fidelity, creates structured and joyful learning environments, and uses data to inform instruction and interventions. This role requires a reflective and committed educator who holds high expectations for all students, builds strong relationships, responds to feedback, and contributes to a school culture where every student is known, supported, and successful.

Background Screening Requirement This position requires successful completion of a Level 2 background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse, in accordance with House Bill 531 (2025).
