  • UDA Creative Arts Preschool Are you a passionate and experienced educator who loves working with young children?
  • Ensemble Schools is seeking an Academic Preschool Lead Teacher to join the UDA Creative Arts Preschool.
  • Our program provides a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment that supports children’s academic, social, and emotional development during their early learning years.
  • Schedule Our Preschool runs Monday-Friday, 8:30-12:30.
  • Teachers must teach at minimum 2-3 days per week.
  • There is opportunity for additional hours as an office assistant.

Responsibilities

Plan and implement daily academic and enrichment activities that support early childhood development Lead classroom routines, transitions, and behavior management with confidence and consistency Foster a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning environment Support children’s social-emotional growth and positive behavior development Supervise and collaborate with assistant teachers to ensure a positive and productive classroom environment Prepare lesson plans, classroom materials, and maintain classroom organization and cleanliness Communicate professionally and effectively with families regarding student progress, classroom activities, and school expectations Follow all school policies, safety procedures, and licensing requirements Provide reliable transportation and pass a routine background check
