The Lead Teacher is responsible for designing and implementing age-appropriate curricula to foster a safe and enriching classroom environment. They must guide children's development and maintain strong partnerships with families regarding their child's progress.

00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday.
Our Part-time Lead Teacher Works either 8: 00 am-1:00pm or 12:00 pm- 5:00 pm
You set the tone for a fun day filled with learning, serving as a positive example for the children.
Using pre-established rubric and themed yearly calendar, you'll thoughtfully design a daily curriculum that aligns with developmental goals, bringing your creativity and insight to the table to make each week meaningful and fun.
Working closely with team members, you oversee the classroom, maintain a safe and compliant teaching environment, and teach the children all kinds of new things.
You also communicate with families throughout the day, informing them about their child's progress and any concerns.

We're looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative person who can create an engaging yet educational curriculum while bringing joy and energy to the classroom. CPR/First Aid certification would be preferred, but not required.
