Position Summary

The School of Teacher Education at the University of Northern Colorado invites applications for part-time supervisor positions as we build our capacity to offer quality instruction to graduate students in our Master’s degree with World Languages teacher licensure program. Part-time supervisors hired will become vital members of the School’s nationally recognized teacher preparation programs, committed to the preparation of teachers teaching World Languages in K-12 setting. These positions are filled semester by semester based on the needs of different programs.

Minimum Qualifications

BA degree in relevant and appropriate area is required.

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include K-12 teaching experience in World Language (Mandarin Chinese strongly desired) setting, and/or supervision experience, demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively in school settings, knowledge of teaching best practices in World Language education. We seek candidates who can provide excellent classroom knowledge and a positive model of leadership in K-12 World Language Education.
