Position Overview
Kingdom Heights Preparatory School, a ministry of The Rock Family Worship Center, is seeking a dedicated and faith-driven Elementary Teacher - Kindergarten to nurture academic excellence and spiritual growth in young learners. The ideal candidate will create a dynamic, engaging, and supportive classroom environment while integrating biblical principles into daily instruction.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Education from an accredited university.
Certification
Valid Alabama teaching certification with appropriate subject area endorsement(s) and grade level.

- Responsibilities: ✅ Faith-Based Instruction & Leadership Integrate biblical principles into daily lessons and classroom culture. Serve as a Christ-like role model in interactions with students, staff, and families. Actively participate in chapel services, devotionals, and school-wide faith initiatives. ✅ Engaging & Effective Teaching Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with the school's curriculum. Differentiate instruction to accommodate diverse learning styles and needs. Utilize innovative teaching methods to create an interactive learning environment. ✅ Student Support & Classroom Management Foster a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom culture. Establish and uphold clear expectations for student behavior.
