About the role

Provide direct academic, social, and behavioral support to students with autism in a structured learning environment. Collaborate with teachers and therapists to implement lesson plans and document progress toward IEP objectives.

As a Special Education Paraprofessional at The Learning Spectrum, you will work closely with teachers, therapists, and behavior specialists to support students with autism and related special needs.

You’ll help each child grow academically, socially, and behaviorally in a structured, compassionate learning environment.

Requirements

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and an educator aide permit or willingness to obtain one. Candidates must be physically able to assist students and possess strong collaboration skills for multidisciplinary teamwork.
