Our Purpose Wee Care offers Therapy Services and Home and Community-Based Services using evidence-based treatment models to help your loved one achieve and maintain the highest level of independence. Wee Care has been serving families in our community and surrounding communities since April 2006. Role Summary Wee Care Corp is hiring a Contract Speech Language Pathologist to deliver high-quality speech therapy services that help clients strengthen communication and swallowing function in everyday settings. This role exists to provide timely, individualized care that supports measurable progress for clients and families.
Key responsibilities include
- Complete speech/language and swallowing evaluations and interpret findings
- Create and carry out individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy, track outcomes, and adjust interventions as needed
- Document services and progress clearly and on time
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and educate caregivers on carryover strategies
Required qualifications/skills
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Arizona licensure; ASHA CCC-SLP (or eligibility as applicable)
