Market context
School-based pediatric nurse practitioner roles in Delaware are often tied to access-to-care needs for children, so employers typically look for clinicians who can work independently in a school setting and support preventive and acute pediatric care. This role is competitive because it requires a master’s-prepared PNP with Delaware RN and APN licensure, prescriptive authority, DEA registration, and AHA HCP certification.
