Market context
In Indiana K-12 settings, instructional assistant roles are commonly sought for day-to-day classroom support, especially in schools that value patience, flexibility, and a student-centered approach. This role can be competitive because prior classroom experience is preferred, but not required, so candidates with strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn can still be strong fits.
