$85,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year School-Based Speech Language Pathologist or Clinical Fellow

  • We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support K–12 students in a school setting in the Greater Sacramento area.
  • Join a collaborative, clinician-led team dedicated to helping students build communication skills and succeed in the classroom.
  • What You’ll Do: Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide direct therapy services (individual and group) for students with a range of communication needs Develop and implement IEP goals related to speech, language, social communication, and pragmatics Collaborate with teachers, OTs, psychologists, and school staff to support student success Participate in IEP meetings and communicate with families Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with school guidelines Support use of AAC and assistive technology as needed Why Ascend: Competitive pay + sign-on bonus and an additional school year + ESY completion bonus of $2,000!
