Salary Range
Annualized: $54,549.47 – $63,162.54 The expected compensation range for this position represents a good faith estimate for this position and the specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, experience, and/or FTE. Position Summary
Work within the child (ages 11-18) day treatment program TLC, planning and facilitating group skills services to clients of the program. This position works closely with the program therapists and other Life skills counselors to create and maintain an environment that is sensitive to the unique mental health needs of each client assisting them in learning how to manage their mental health symptoms, so they are able to function at home, in school and within the community. This position is located in our Canvas Health office building located in Oakdale. Additional job duties include working collaboratively with client's family, treatment team and school, as well as develop and implement behavioral strategies to intervene with mental health symptomology in milieu.
Minimum Qualifications
BA/BS/BSW in Human Services related field, with 1 to 2 years' experience working with severely emotionally disturbed students in an education or treatment center. Location Oakdale, MN Schedule Monday - Friday, 40 hours/week

BA/BS in a Human Service-related field, with 1 to 2 years' experience working with severely emotionally disturbed students in an education or treatment center. 1-2 years' experience working with severely emotionally disturbed students in an education or treatment center. This position requires the use of a personal automobile for transportation for business-related travel. Must have the ability to maintain clean driving records, a current driver's license, and auto insurance coverage that meets the requirements set forth by Canvas Health insurance policy limits.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with and/or delivering services to diverse populations. Experience with Electronic Health Record systems.
