The Assistant Coach will help create and execute practice and match plans while overseeing team operations and administrative duties. They are responsible for coordinating travel logistics and maintaining professional communication with student-athletes, parents, and staff.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and have at least one year of relevant coaching experience. Required certifications include First Aid/AED/CPR and HEADS up concussion awareness training.
Attend all practices and matches. Help create and execute all practice and match plans. Oversee team operations and administrative duties. Coordinate travel logistics. Attend all necessary athletic and school meetings. Communicate regularly with student-athletes, parents, staff, and administrators. Provide leadership and give detailed feedback to student-athletes. Exhibit the highest professional standards and ethical behavior.
Bachelor's degree; minimum of one year of relevant coaching experience. Previous high school or college playing experience is preferred. Strong understanding of soccer skills and strategies. Growth mindset and passion for learning. Ability to form strong professional relationships with students, families, and colleagues. Excellent organizational and communication skills, with strong attention to detail. Commitment to equity and inclusion.
