Job Summary and Responsibilities As our National Resident RN, you will experience a dynamic and supportive residency, receiving personalized attention to foster long-term success and cross-training across our interconnected Nursing units. The National Nurse Residency Program (NNRP) is designed to support the new graduate nurse during the transition from the student role to the licensed Registered Nurse (RN) role. - Every day you will deliver individualized patient care by collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, administering treatments, monitoring vital signs, and educating patients and families, all while embracing varied nursing tasks.To be successful in this role, you will actively engage in our comprehensive, evidence-based Residency Program, utilizing clinical orientation, practice, and mentorship.
