  • Posting Date 06/02/2026 30 Commerce Rd, Stamford, Connecticut, 06902, United States of America As a Peritoneal Dialysis Registered Nurse (PD RN), you’ll educate patients and caregivers in-clinic, enabling them to perform dialysis independently at home!
  • This role blends clinical care, patient education, and case management.
  • Flexible Monday-Friday 8am-5pm type-of schedule.
  • No Weekends, No Holidays!
  • Will be covering census in one facility; but must be flexible to support in other surrounding home facility centers as needed including but not limited to: Stamford, Norwalk, Westchester, Yonkers East, and Tarrytown.
  • Excellent Paid Training Provided!
  • Dialysis Experience is NOT required.
  • Nephrology nursing provides a fresh lens and set of skills to those newly entering the field.
  • Key Responsibilities: Train patients and caregivers on PD procedures and self-care Manage a caseload of PD patients, including assessments and care planning Monitor treatment progress, conduct home visits, and provide on-call support Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts Weekends and holidays off Flexible scheduling to manage your own caseload Requirements: RN license in the state of practice Willing to obtain both CT and NY State license (we reimburse) Minimum of 12 months of RN experience Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation ADN required; BSN preferred Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook) Preferred Experience: Dialysis (PD, HHD, chronic, or acute) Patient education or teaching background Case management or telehealth experience CNN or CDN certification
