Job Summary
Provides administrative and clerical support to the Student Records Department.
Duties
Reviews all incoming information for student records to insure accuracy and completeness of each form. Prepares arrival pay sheets for students Reviews student folders to ensure they contain necessary paperwork. Helps update student profiles (ETA 640) Prepares terminated folders. Files Student information into permanent folder. Works with counselors and SPM on arranging student transportation. Inputs accountability information in CIS to generate morning report. Works toward meeting performance management goals. Follows CDSS/CSS/BMS plan and procedures daily. Adheres to required property controls policies and procedures. Maintains good housekeeping in all areas and complies with safety practices. Complies with all DOL guidelines, OFCCP regulations, Job Corps notices and bulletins, and Center policies and procedures. Models, mentors, monitors appropriate Career Success Standards. Continuously helps students become more employable. Performs other duties as assigned within the individuals’ scope and capabilities.

Education
High School Diploma or GED. Associates Degree or higher preferred.
Experience
Data entry experience and knowledge of software applications such as word processing and spreadsheet applications needed.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
