Associate Faculty foster learning environments where students feel supported, motivated, and connected to the university community. Through intentional teaching, coaching, and relationship-building in and out of the classroom, they help students develop the skills, confidence, and sense of belonging needed to persist academically and grow into workforce-ready, socially responsible learners.
Post University is seeking experienced, engaging, and student-focused Associate Faculty to teach on-ground courses within our First Year Experience (FYE) program. These courses are designed to support new students in building foundational skills for academic success, personal development, and career exploration.
Associate Faculty serve as educators, mentors, and motivators, helping students connect coursework to real-world applications and career pathways while reinforcing that they are capable, valued members of the Post University community.

Requires a Master's degree in Psychology, Education, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field. Candidates must have at least 3 years of in-person or blended teaching experience, preferably with first-generation or traditional-aged college students.
